Dear Members of the Sikh Dharma / 3HO Community,
Sat Nam. This is a report from the Siri Singh Sahib Corp (SSSC) Board of Trustees covering the period from January through March 2015.
It is with full hearts that we open this report with a tribute to our dearest Hari Simran Singh.
Hari Simran Singh lived only for 25 years but in that short time, he led an indelible impression upon those who knew and loved him. And in the circumstances of his passing, his reach touched the whole world.
As the Assistant to the Executive Director of the Siri Singh Sahib Corporation, Hari Simran Singh was intimately involved in all aspects of the corporation. From managing the technology to assisting in writing policies for the organization, Hari Simran Singh was a vital asset to the work of the corporation.
His service to the SSSC only tells a fraction of the story of who he was as a person. Hari Simran Singh exemplified the best of what a Khalsa youth can offer. Schooled at Miri Piri Academy and steeped in the values of the Khalsa, Hari Simran Singh strove to embody the yogic and dharmic teachings he had learned.
Whether serving in his role as a Sikh Advocate trained by the Sikh Coalition or building the Raj Yoga Center in Sterling, Virginia he had a clear idea of who he was and where he was going. His love for community was evident and he worked to create a global consciousness of service. He was learning to be a leader and it was a pleasure to watch his evolution.
Although he will be missed, we are grateful that we were blessed to have known this remarkable young man. His spirit will certainly continue to live on and serve as an inspiration to all of us to strive to live to those same values.
One of the SSSC's areas of responsibility is overseeing and maintaining our properties. It has been one of our initiatives to assist in the renewal of the Siri Singh Sahib's estate, Dashmesh Sadan, in Anandpur Sahib. For the past several months Siri Bhrosa Kaur and Guru Dharm Kaur have been working to facilitate the beautification of the property through seva, with the help of Kali Dass Singh.Dashmesh Sadan has become an international destination for our teachers and ministers to lead courses and workshops. In the past few months, groups have, visited from Chile, Italy, Germany, Russia, the United States and the Philippines. In February, a group of 42 students from China participated in a course there. Dashmesh Sadan is also visited frequently by the students of Miri Piri Academy. We are grateful for the services being provided and look forward to helping promote the future growth of Dashmesh Sadan as was the wish of Siri Singh Sahib Ji. For more information, please contact Siri Bhrosa Kaur, who is currently staying at Dashmesh Sadan, at email@example.com.
Bylaw Standardization Project
Over the past few months, we have been working closely with the CEOs and boards of our non-profits to update and standardize our bylaws. As a family of associated non- profits, we are striving to standardize our governing documents for topics such as: qualifications and number of directors, designation of directors, meeting requirements, etc. The process has been a collaborative effort between the non-profits boards and the Siri Singh Sahib Corporation. We hope to complete this project in the next couple of months.
Meditation with Bibiji
Over the past few months, we have been engaged with Bibiji, Ranbir Singh, Kulbir Singh, Kamaljit Kaur, and Avneesh Kaur in extensive discussions to resolve the ongoing litigation and issues, and bring healing to our Dharma. We ask your continued prayers for a speedy outcome that serves the best interests of our Dharma and honors the memory of our beloved Teacher, Siri Singh Sahib Ji.
We are working with KIIT to define its role and to create initiatives that will improve the profitability of our for-profit organizations. We are also reviewing our internal SSSC processes which will help us streamline our decision making. As we move forward we are continually assessing the functionality of our organization and are working to add or improve processes that increase the organization's effectiveness.

Words of Closing
Mukhia Sardarni Sahiba Guru Raj Kaur Khalsa:
Sat Nam. It has been an honor to serve you on the Board of Siri Singh Sahib Corporation these last few formative years of this body which Siri Singh Sahib ji created to govern the mission. On the Board, we do our best to serve the vision of Siri Singh Sahib ji, to try to humbly see the world through his eyes, yet rise to our own responsibility of leadership as we move together as a Dharmic family into the future. I have served our Dharma in the area of governance for many decades. I thought it would be a good idea to step aside from SSSC for a while to give others a chance to serve. If it is the will of the Sadh Sangat, I will serve again in the future. In the meantime, I will c ontinue to serve on the Board of Sikh Dharma International (SDI), and in a way that is very close to my heart: on the KRITTEC (KRI Teacher Training Executive Council), which advises the KRI Board. And, of course our local 3HO Vancouver (never a dull moment!) May we all find our ways to serve this precious Dharma, and delight in our Love-Duty of elevating into that service... with a smile! Wahe Guru Ji Ka Khalsa, Wahe Guru Ji Ki Fateh!
Singh Sahib Hari Nam Singh Khalsa:
I would like to take this opportunity to thank the entire electoral community for giving me the great honor to serve on the initial Siri Singh Sahib Corporation Board following the difficult bale we won to uphold the integrity of this path we love so much. I was also proud to serve these last few years with a group of people who consistently exhibited, individually and collectively, the highest level of applied intelligence and sterling character. I do believe we have made the Siri Singh Sahib proud in the way we have upheld his vision and mission. Being on my way off to other things, I feel confident that this Dharma and Spiritual Movement is and will remain in good and honest hands. There remains much to be done for sure, but I do feel that at the very least the legal, financial and governance structures of the organization are finally going in the right direction. I understand that doubts and cynicism persist, and I do believe that the expression of conscious dissent is actually a sign of a healthy and vital organization. On the other hand, I believe that the people serving on the Board are there By Thy Will and because the community has voiced its collective intent that these 15 individuals are the most suitable right now to "hold the space" and lead us forward. I for one trust in the hand of God and Guru in this unfolding saga and having witnessed it first hand, vouch for its integrity. I have also learned much about my own self from this labor of love and believe the experience will aid me tremendously in whatever endeavor God and Guru have in mind for me next. Again, my deepest gratitude to the community for having granted me this honor to represent you these last few years. It is my prayer that I continue to have the honor to serve you and the mission in any way the Divine Spirit asks of me. Much Love and Blessings.
